You can opt for a self-install with your IT team or choose a professional installation by a PENGUIN-approved installer. Approved installers generally charge for time and materials; site surveys and estimates are available upon request.
Can I use my own phones, or do I have to buy new phones?

Can I bring my current business phone number to PENGUIN?
Yes, you can bring your current number to PENGUIN. Just provide a recent phone bill and sign a form to authorize the transfer.

What’s the cost of PENGUIN VoIP per extension?
Our Transparent Pricing Promise is $25 per extension, per month, with no hidden fees. There’s a 5-extension minimum, and premium features like voicemail to email, auto-attendant, and intelligent call routing are included at a competitive rate.
Do I need to have a phone number for each phone line that I want for my business?
No. Each phone in your PENGUIN system is assigned an extension, allowing calls to be routed without needing additional numbers. With intelligent call handling, your callers will never hear a busy signal.
What about my fax number?
Port your fax number to PENGUIN to receive faxes through our vFax service, included in your VoIP plan.
